Here are some questions we’re often asked:


📦 When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days.

Delivery then takes 5 to 10 business days to reach your home.

During busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before your order is shipped. Our parcels are delivered via La Poste — we do not use pick-up points.


📬 My order isn’t complete

Since we have multiple warehouses and work with various suppliers, your products may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry if you don’t receive everything at once.

Our average delivery time is 10 to 22 business days. Some packages may take a bit longer.

However, if you have not received your order within 35 business days after placing it, we’ll give you a full refund, and you can keep the item once it arrives.

🛑 Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, typically within 12 hours.

You have up to 12 hours after placing your order to email us at safishophelpcenter1@gmail.com with a cancellation or change request.

After this window, your items may already be shipped, and we won't be able to modify your order.


💔 The item I received is broken or defective

Despite choosing trusted carriers, it’s possible for items to be damaged in transit.

If your item is defective or incorrect, email us at safishophelpcenter1@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue (wrong/defective item, etc.)

  • A photo or video

You won’t need to return the item. We'll issue a full refund in the form of a store credit (let us know if you prefer a different refund method).
